Mikhail Skachko - Founder and CEO

Mr. Skachko founded USEC in Midland, Texas in September of 2008 and it has since grown to be a top broker of electricity and natural gas products in both Texas and Illinois. With seven years of experience marketing electricity and natural gas products, with five of those years dedicated to building strong sales organizations for other marketers, Mr. Skachko understood that there was a better way to sell electricity and natural gas, that not only would attract top talent to help him build USEC, but would also deliver greater value to the customer in the form of savings and service. 
Mr. Skachko graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with Bachelor's degree in Marketing.  He developed his strong leadership skills in the United States Marine Corps where he was awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal and two Certificates of Commendation.  Mr. Skachko is currently active with Interfaith Ministries and Catholic Charities USA.

Christopher Sobut - Regional Business Development Manager

Christopher Sobut joined USEC in April of 2009.  Christopher's primary capacity as Regional Business Development Manager is to ensure that all energy brokers and independent sales organizations are up to date on the latest market trends and new products.  His success has set a personal and professional standards and guidelines to where the company is looking to go in the future.  Christopher's talent has allowed him to build a diversified book of business and assemble a talented group of brokers and consultants.  Leveraging his three years of experience in electricity and natural gas sales, Christopher oversees all of the sales in the Illinois and Pennsylvania markets.
Christopher Graduated from Eastern Illinois University with Bachelor's degree in Journalism.

Richard Rozier - Principal of GRS

Mr. Rozier joined USEC in January of 2010.  Mr. Rozier is the Principal of GRS (Governmental Relations Specialists), and is the former Mayor of the City of DeSoto.  His strong regional leadership was recognized by other public officials through his election to the Board of Directors of the North Central Texas Council of Governments, and his selection to the Dallas Regional Mobility Coalition.  He served on both of those Boards.  He was also active in the Texas Municipal League, and the Metroplex Mayors Association.  He currently serves on the board of the Chancellor's Leadership Council for the University of North Texas, Dallas Campus, Ellis County Meals on Wheels, and on the Executive Committee for the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce.

Irina’s primary capacity as Director of Operations is to interface with USEC’s portfolio of providers and to continually streamline and monitor the firm’s pricing processes and standard operating procedures. Irina leverages her extensive experience with data analysis, energy risk assessment and procurement solutions and business credit options to ensure that USEC not only delivers quality business to its clients, but is able to support its stable of brokers and consultants.
